Top 5 Film & Television Apps on iOS in Serbia Q3 2022

The third quarter of 2022 saw interesting trends in the performance of the top Film & Television apps on iOS in Serbia. Here’s a closer look at the weekly downloads and revenue for these apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Netflix displayed a consistent download rate throughout the quarter. Weekly downloads ranged from 760 to 1.1K, peaking in mid-August with 1.1K downloads. Despite the steady download numbers, the app did not generate any revenue during this period.

HBO Max: Stream TV & Movies showed notable growth in both downloads and revenue. Weekly downloads saw a significant rise, especially in August, reaching a peak of 992. Revenue also increased, starting at approximately $89 and peaking at $198 in mid-September.

EON TV experienced a fluctuating download trend. The app started with 244 downloads in late June and saw a peak of 637 downloads at the end of August. However, the app did not generate any revenue during this time.

RTS PLANETA saw a dramatic increase in downloads towards the end of August, with a peak of 1K downloads. The app maintained a steady increase in user interest from July through September but did not report any revenue.

Orion TV had a varied performance in downloads. Starting at 114 downloads in late June, the app peaked at 757 downloads at the end of August. Similar to some other apps in this category, Orion TV did not generate any revenue during the quarter.
